Dubai
International Salsa Festival
The
5th Annual Dubai International Salsa Festival has been confirmed
for the 13th & 14th of December 2006. Two nights of shows
and top notch salsa parties with some of the best Salsa dancers
in the world. Tickets will be the same rate as last year @ Dhs
85 regular & Dhs 110 for VIP seating. As this is a private
event, only Salseros, their families and friends are allowed to
buy tickets. This event is not open to the public. Tickets will
be available as of next week. Make sure you pick them up fast
as last year we were sold out 10 days before the event!
13th
of December will be @ Crowne Plaza Auditorium from 9pm
till 12am followed by an after party at one of the halls in the
Crowne Plaza hotel till 3am. Doors will open at 9pm, show will
start at 10pm. This time we will hand out the invitations 2 weeks
in advance. We expect to sell out one week in advance so make
sure you book your places now. There are only 450 seats avaiable
and they will go very fast!
14th
of December will be the Angels Party @ Ibiz Hotel. Tickets
for the part are DHS 60. Again this event is only open for the
Salsa Community, family and friends. Dress code is FULL WHITE.
Party is expected to sell out fast as well so book your places
now. Only 250 - 300 places available.
For
those who buy a Full Pass to both events, we will supply you with
a wrist band on the day to wear for both nights. You can collect
your wrist bands on the 13th at the Crowne Plaza.
Internationally
we have the Bachata European Champions Tony Lara and Daniella
as guest of honor. We are expecting participation from Dubai,
Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon, Cyprus,
India, Turkey, Italy, France and the UK..... So make sure you
clear those 2 nights in your calendar as it is time once again
to show the world how we Salsa in Dubai.... Dancing on the fun...

East & Mediterranean Salsa Festival - 2007
The
Middle East & Mediterranean Salsa Team - MEST are proud to
announce the birth of a new concept that will change the world
of Salsa in the Middle East and the Mediterranean for ever. It
is the first ever Salsa gathering for more than 500 Salseros from
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jordan, Kuwait, Cyprus, Greece and off course
the hosting country Lebanon. In 2007, Salseros from all the above
countries will get together in Lebanon to celebrate the 1st Annual
Middle East & Mediterranean Salsa Festival. 3 - 5 nights of
Salsa Shows, Workshops, Parties and off course the First Annual
Middle East & Mediterranean Salsa Championship. More info
