Product Description
The FBT Maxx 10sa Powered Subwoofer features a 13 ply birch plywood cabinet with Scratch & Scuff resistant
black paint finish.
The FBT Maxx 10sa features a custom designed B&C 15” woofer with a 4" voice coil, neodymium
magnet structure and an aluminum die cast frame.
The active internal stereo crossover is at a fixed frequency of 125Hz. The Maxx 10sa offers a frequency range of
36Hz -125Hz, providing floor shaking low frequency extension with a SPL of 129.5 dB.
FBT’s ADAP® Advanced Dynamic Active Protection circuitry protects speaker/driver components against
failure. The Maxx 10sa powered subwoofer features a 900w RMS Class D (PWM : Pulse Width Modulation)
passively cooled (no fan) low frequency amp, that offers 90% efficiency. The FBT Maxx 10sa amplifier design,
like all FBT Powered Maxx speakers prevents annoying Thermal shutdowns that plague many other powered
speakers and powered subwoofers.
The control panel features a master volume control, Balanced Left & Right Channel Neutrik® input combo jacks
(female XLR, ¼” TRS, ¼”), Balanced XLR Left & Right Channel link output jacks, Balanced Left and Right
Channel Filtered outputs to connect 2 way full range Satellite speakers, and a ground lift switch, LED power on
and a LF overload LED indicator.
A standard Top Mount 1⅜ speaker stand socket allows satellite speakers, such as the FBT Maxx 2a,
Maxx 4a, Maxx 5a and Maxx 6a and others to placed above the subwoofer cab on an adjustable satellite
speaker pole mount, such as the FBT Box 50.

FBT ProMaxx 15sa
The FBT ProMaxx-15SA is a new 1200 watt RMS 15" powered sub from FBT. The max SPL on this unit is a whopping 136DB- tested using music not pink noise. At about 63 lbs, this is one of the most powerful lightest weight subs on the planet. FBT is known for making great lightweight powered subwoofers, and the Maxx9Sa proves it. The downside to that was the poly box didn't seem to be able to handle really high SPLs. This unit uses Baltic Birch construction to correct this but a much lighter weight can be achieved due to advances in amp and speaker technology. Rather than having a built-in crossover, FBT chose to let you choose the frequency at which the sub cuts off on the back of the unit.

FBT Jolly Sub 12a
The FBT Jolly SUB12A 300W Processed Active Subwoofer is a vented bandpass active subwoofer with a 320 mm driver. This is the ideal companion for loudspeakers in the Jolly5 and Jolly8 series. It provides strength to the bass frequencies and extends the response range, which in turn provides a total increase in the SPL.
The SUB12A is equipped with a useful group of rear panel signal controls and switches, and features FBT's proprietary ADAP (Advanced Dynamic Active Protection) limiting circuitry designed to prevent amplifier saturation at extreme levels, minimizing distortion and speaker degradation.
The Birch plywood enclosure is coated with a scratch-resistant finish and features an integral carrying handle and speaker socket for satellite speakers.
Sturdy Enclosure
The 18 mm Birch enclosure features internal reinforcement and is sturdy, solid, and built to last. The finish is an attractive black color with a scratch-resistant finish. There are also ergonomically placed carrying handles and an integral speaker socker for satellite speakers.
High SPL
The high 126dB SPL comes as a result of the special loading design that increases efficiency with a significant reduction of distortion at high volumes.
Small Stature, Big Output
