Our Location and Staff:
Desert Beat’s main showroom and office is in Al Muteena Street, Deira, Dubai. We also own a 5000 sqft warehouse as well as a 4000sqft warehouse
Desert Beat now has 16 Full Time Employees and will be doubling its force by 2010 and tripling it by 2011.
Our newly acquired brands:
On the 1st of April 2010, we were officially announced as the UAE Distributors for You Rock Guitar, The worlds first digital guitar, which will be available in all our branches as well as our DJ Corner stalls in Mall of the Emirates , City Centre, Abu Dhabi Mall, Mirdif City Center and Festival City. Our Past, Present and Future:
Over the years, Desert Beat has managed to double its turnover by broadening its distribution channels to include the whole of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar, as well as some countries in Africa. The focus of our business gradually shifted more towards distribution and less towards retail. For that reason, we launched www.djcorner.ae to cater to the UAE Retail Market for DJ, Sound & Light & Musical Products. Through DJ Corner we established a network of retail outlets in collaboration with Virgin Megastores that deals directly with all Music Lovers and Bedroom DJs. Soon after establishing DJ Corner, we realized there was a demand for Musical Equipment for Professionals and Hobbyists so we introduced Midi Controllers, Audio Mixers, Recorders, Special Microphones, Speakers and monitors and many other solutions for Musicians. With our strong presence in Virgin, many other major retailers asked us to supply them with what we sell, so we started a distribution chain to all the other major retailers. And now we are recognized as a major supplier for DJ, Sound & Light & Musical Equipments to all major electronics retailers.
Currently we have two teams handling a distribution division and another handling the retail division. The retail division feeds us with direct information that comes from customers on a daily basis in order for us to provide the best guidelines to our customers through our distribution division.
